Within the framework of the project, the following facilities were built on the Dębowiec slope: a 600 m long chairlift, a downhill ski run, an 84 m long children’s ski tow, a rope park, a snowmaking and slope lighting system, technical infrastructure (water supply system, pumping stations, sewage system) and buildings (lower railroad station, upper railroad station, technical and storage room). In the immediate vicinity of the lower station of the railroad on Dębowiec, a parking lot with 110 parking spaces was created.

The construction involved revitalization of industrial areas in the center of the city of Czechowice-Dziedzice. As a result of the works, a modern shopping and service center with a gastronomic, entertainment and cultural section was created. The building was handed over with accompanying technical infrastructure (exits, parking complex).

6-storey Carbon Office building in Katowice at Węglowa Street. Our completed construction works and tasks: erection of office buildings, erection of space for service premises on the first floor and construction of underground storeys on levels -1 and -2 intended for an underground garage.

The subject of the project was to build a multi-storey parking lot in P+R system. The building contained a total of 300 parking spaces, including: 11 spaces for people with disabilities, 4 spaces for people with young children, and 3 parking spaces with electric vehicle charging capabilities.

Construction of sanitary sewage system in the Chybie municipality within the project entitled “Protection of potable water reservoir waters for the Upper Silesia agglomeration through construction of sanitary wastewater treatment system in the Chybie Municipality –

Stage II task 1″ Implementation period: September 2009 – December 2012.

Stage I task 1″ Implementation period: October 2010 – November 2011

The project included the construction of a pump testing station, consisting of a steel hall in a single-bay section passing into two aisles. In the hall, there is a separate social and office part for the permanent staff of the station and part of the electrical switchboard. An underground water reservoir was constructed in the main hall for technological testing of water pumps.

The project included construction of a turn-key office building and technical infrastructure facilities along with land development.

Implementation period: March 2018 – September 2019.

The subject of the investment was the construction of an indoor public swimming pool. The pool has a stainless steel swimming basin measuring 25×12.5 m along with pool features in the form of a children’s paddling pool, leisure pool and water slide.

Implementation period: March 2018 – June 2019

The modernization included a biological reactor, blower station and PIX station. Also modernized were two biological reactors, two pumping stations, wastewater catchment stations and stormwater settling tanks.
